To obtain a SSN, you can download an application (form SS-5) available at www.socialsecurity.gov/ssnumber/
Then the you should visit the social security office closest to you and bring these documents:
I-94 Card
DS-2019 form
social security letter (it can be printed from your extranet account at the cultural care website, found under the placement information tab.)
After you apply it will take a few weeks until you receive you social security card.
